Site Feasibility & Due Diligence

We can assist from the inception of your development to assist with reviewing a site for its serviceability and identify potential opportunities and risks involved. This will ensure you can make the most informed decision when progressing your development.

Preliminary designs

Preliminary designs can be prepared to demonstrate that the site can be adequately serviced, including stormwater, sewer, and water services. General grading and bulk earthworks designs can also be provided to support the application.

Detailed Civil Engineering Design

We provide detailed civil engineering drawings tailored to meet your development approval conditions. Where required, these drawings can be submitted for Operational Works or Compliance Approval prior to issuing construction plans.

Development Approval Reports

We provide Stormwater Management Plans and Engineering Services Reports to support development approval submissions to Council. These reports assess and address the requirements of both Council and utility providers, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.

CA & Construction Services

Our Construction Services include site visits, responding to compliance-related queries, and providing sign-offs at key stages. We also offer tender and contract administration (CA) to support procurement and manage project delivery in line with approval requirements.

Civil Peer Reviews

We offer independent peer review services for civil engineering designs to ensure compliance with Principal Project Requirements (PPR), relevant Australian standards, and enhance constructability.
